Mill & Overlay
The existing asphalt is milled and removed to create a smooth, solid base. A tack coat is then applied to help the new asphalt bond properly, followed by installation and compaction of the new pavement. This process is ideal for addressing oxidized asphalt, potholes, major cracking, and uneven surfaces.
Full Replacement
Existing asphalt is removed down to the base. The sub-base is exposed, inspected, and repaired as needed, then new base material is installed and compacted. New asphalt is placed in two layers—the base course followed by the wear course. This solution addresses sub-base issues, severe surface damage, and conditions caused by poor soil or high water tables.
Soil Stabilization
The top asphalt layer is removed, and the base layer is recycled into the sub-base to a depth of 8–12 inches. If needed, soil stabilization is performed to strengthen the sub-base. New asphalt both base and wear courses are installed, creating a fully rebuilt surface designed to correct major sub-base failures, poor soils, and high water table conditions.
